Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, while accurately updating EHR systems.
• Handle insurance verification.
• Facilitate smooth payment transactions and manage billing inquiries effectively.
• Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette in all interactions, whether scheduling appointments or addressing patient queries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical receptionist role, preferably within a dermatology setting.
