We are a dynamic consulting firm passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our clients, and we're currently seeking a Medicaid/Medicare Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

As the Medicaid/Medicare Revenue Cycle Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our projects, particularly our Illinois DHS initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, from billing and coding to collections and denial management.

Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of patient billing information.

Addressing issues related to claim generation and rejected/denied billings.

Establishing professional communication with various payers, including Medicare.

Implementing coding changes and providing education on coding to clinical and billing staff.

Providing supervision, training, and mentorship to team members.

Maximizing reimbursements and optimizing revenue.

Conducting regular analysis of Medicare and Medicaid.

Developing and implementing process improvements related to revenue cycle management.

Enhancing billing and coding accuracy, compliance, and efficiency through training and implementation of new systems.

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify revenue maximization opportunities.

Providing support with Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and bad debt claiming.

Delivering reports and data presentations to stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

U.S. Citizenship.

A Bachelor's degree.

At least 7 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid revenue maximization services.

Expertise in healthcare claims automation and coding certification.

Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Project Management, and Business Analysis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
