Help us throw jaw dropping events for other meeting planners. Now that you got all this great meeting and planning experience, use it in the fun environment of throwing a networking event for hotels and meeting planners once a month in a different city around the US.

We use Wrike, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.

Conference Services experience in a hotel helpful

Help recruit meeting planners to attend The Smart Meeting

Client service is a core value

Cvent, Team Event Manager or other tools for Site sourcing experience using.

Meeting planning experience, with current technology such as eTouches, Cvent, Team Event Manager.

SalesForce, Pardot, Marketo, Adobe experience helpful

Worked at a hotel or large food and beverage establishment.

Experience scheduling Room Blocks.

Position based in our Sausalito Headquarters and is hybrid.
