MEMBER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR
What you’ll do.
As the Member Leadership Development Program Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in driving forward our leadership initiatives tailored specifically for AAN members. Your role is all about fueling our members' growth by providing essential administrative support, cutting-edge education, and innovative tools. Together, we'll empower our members to cultivate and refine their leadership prowess, enabling them to reach new heights in their professional journeys.

What we look for.
Education:
- Associates Degree in Communications, Development, Psychology, Education or similar field is required
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or leadership development is required
- Experience using Microsoft office Suite including Outlook, Word, PPT, and Excel required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is required.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and respectfully with others is required.
*Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required – approximately 5%
Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week).
