CenClear is hiring! CenClear, a provider of mental health services, is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team at our outpatient facility located in Bellefonte, PA. 1 position available at our outpatient facility located in Bellefonte, PA 16823

Hours

Full-time positions work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year including two nights until 7:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
• Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
• Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
• Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings
• Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
• Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor
  
  

Qualifications

• Current licensing in Pennsylvania as a LPC, LCSW, LSW, or LMFT -OR-
• Licensed Eligible master’s degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services), or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
