Department Overview

Mercedes-EQ Experience is a 3-day, 2-night experiential training program, designed to electrify the hearts & minds of dealership and corporate associates and propel them into the future of Mercedes-EQ. We are focused on providing a best-in-industry training experience for our colleagues through the utilization of innovative technology and personalized touches onsite. Ultimately, this program will help fast track Mercedes-Benz’s mission to be the Number 1 Luxury Electric Brand in the U.S.

Job Overview

Mercedes-Benz USA is proud to work with a diverse network of freelance talent to collaborate with our team on innovative experiential learning programs. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, customer-service obsessed team player to join our onsite program team. Responsibilities include performing on the mic during program transfers, giving short training demonstrations and facilitated tours, assisting with event preparation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Learn scripts and perform “on the mic” as a host throughout the program
• Serve as dedicated tour guide throughout the program for a group of 48 guests
• Answer all questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
• Identify new learning opportunities, drive program recommendations and make suggestions to increase guest engagement.
• Provide superior customer service & onsite hospitality to guests.
• Seek new ways to delight and surprise program guests.
• Document and share (photos, written quotes, etc) guest experiences.
• Ensure high quality environments in all training modules (check F&B, straighten and rearrange chairs, clean tables, set out pens and notebooks, etc).
• Educate, engage, and develop relationships with guests.
• Write personalized cards and prep gift bags.
• Prep & maintain assigned team gear/items.
• Cross-train to support hotel-based guest service tasks, such as pre-arrival and on-site registration communication.
  
  

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Education:

Required Qualifications:

• Level of education: Rising Junior/Senior in a Bachelor's program or First Year Graduate Student in a Master's Program
• Available from August 2024 - August 2025
• Hybrid in-person schedule 3 days weekly, average 30 hours per week
• Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• A strong growth mindset
• Provide “Best or Nothing” customer service and hospitality
• Passion for people – great listening and conversational skills
• Initiative to find new ways of delivering excellence
• A commitment to “always being on stage” and maintaining consistent positivity, participant-facing enthusiasm throughout all program days and sessions

• Personal skills: Open-minded, eager to learn, flexible
