What Our Workforce Business Planning Analysts Enjoy Most
- Supporting business leaders and employees, providing advice and recommendations.
- Partnering with respective client groups to understand the business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support.
- Overseeing all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently. Additionally, monitor processes and ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and HRIS database.
- Using knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment.
- Leading an HR team and overseeing talent acquisition in support of hiring customer service agents (collections, returns & payments).
Required Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
- Experience: 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including prior supervisory experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Technical skills: Strong PC skills – expert in Excel & PowerPoint
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations.
- Abilities: Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
- Travel Ability: Limited travel
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field
- SHRM or PHR preferred
