Position: Mgr Marketing, Brand Strategy

In Office Requirements: Hybrid – two days a week in Columbus or NYC offices

Your Role

This position is responsible for developing Victoria’s Secret’s overarching content & marketing strategy for PINK intimates and beauty- connecting both brand & product. Grounded in human insights, our product assortment and pop culture relevancy, this role will be focused on connecting culture to commerce at every step and shortening the gap between interest, desire and conversion.

Your Impact

Owns end to end product marketing strategy for PINK Intimates and Beauty. This includes:

  • Deep understanding of assortment strategy & product expertise.
  • Partners closely with Human Insight team to formulate go to market product positioning and target consumer.
  • Partners closely with Human Insight team to test messaging, positioning and projection when appropriate.
  • Ensures category is represented appropriately in marketing milestones – Seasonal Plans, Go-To-Market, OMNI walk in partnership with Brand Lead and VP of marketing.
  • Partners closely with Brand Lead and VP of Marketing on shot count and content strategy surrounding product launches.
  • Collaborates with in-season marketing team on key promotional events and ensures category is represented appropriately across marketing drivers.
  • Partners closely with digital & stores team on product placement and visual strategy, including in store signage.
  • Partners with in-season marketing team on launch hindsights and in season optimization.
  • Owns product testing / attends testing meetings as needed.
  • Responsible for multi-cultural strategy and storytelling as it relates to product categories.
  • Own ESG/Sustainability marketing messaging & claims as it relates to product categories.
  • Partners with PR team on product needs and briefs for influencers that impact product categories.
  • Own Salesforce Brief creation for product categories and key offers that capture the essence of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Manage Third Party brand launch moments with cross-functional partners, ensuring key focuses come to life as aligned on by all parties and using appropriate brand filter when reviewing and strategizing content.
  • Acts as a collaborative liaison to all internal partnerships, establishing and maintaining strong trusting relationship and communications flow across operations, public relations, external communications, creative and channel marketing leads.
  • Proactively strategizes, trouble shoots and consistently creates solutions where needed.
  • Oversees reporting, analytics and recapping across all launches and activations and provides strategic recommendations for future forward KPIs.

Minimum Salary: $109,000.00

Maximum Salary: $148,890.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas with a passion for learning.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
