Job Description: As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Micro Lead at Connected Health Care, you will play a vital role in our client's healthcare team. You will be responsible for overseeing the Microbiology department, ensuring accurate and timely test results while adhering to regulatory standards. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding a team of laboratory professionals towards excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Microbiology laboratory team.
Perform complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures.
Maintain quality control and assurance protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license.
ASCP certification preferred.
