We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Curam Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Curam solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Curam implementations.
Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans and scripts.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, with at least 2 years working with Curam.
Strong understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
