About The Role
As one of our special Moneypenny Receptionists, you’ll undergo 2 weeks paid, comprehensive training that will give you all of the skills you need to become a vital cog in the Moneypenny machine.
You’ll be representing Moneypenny to a portfolio of clients, as well as representing those clients too – impressing their callers by putting your amazing customer service and relationship building skills to good use! Working as part of a fast-paced and growing team, your responsibilities will include:
Promptly and efficiently handling inbound phone calls and relaying messages to clients, ensuring clients never miss a call
Entering caller information into our system in an accurate and timely manner
Always Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients
What We’re Looking For
Fabulous attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accurate and timely data entry skills
Available to work weekends (includes both Saturday and Sunday)
Available to work holidays
