Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Loan Processor & executive assistant at Arizona Seller Financing, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing mortgage loans, underwriting loan applications, and ensuring compliance with our proprietary in-house lending guidelines and regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. The executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting the owner in the day to day functions of running a real estate, mortgage and investment company.

• Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
• Loan Processing and Underwriting experience
• Knowledge of loan types and terms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with loan origination software and technology
• Familiarity with lending guidelines and regulations
