Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. We strive to push the boundaries of what a user can expect from healthcare software. As the fastest growing company in the space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we are looking to bring on a Senior Product Designer to create simple solutions to complex problems. If that’s interesting to you, read further.
Everyone at Prompt, from our newest designer to our CEO, understands that the design process is our primary tool for empathy, problem solving, and innovation.
We’re doing something special here and that should be clear to our customers and our prospects.
Why work for Prompt?
- BIG Challenges: Here at Prompt, we are solving complex and unique problems that have plagued the healthcare industry since the dawn of time.
- Talented People: Prompt didn't happen by chance, it's a team of incredibly talented and proven individuals who all made their mark before joining forces to build the greatest software on the planet for rehab therapists.
- Healthy Approach: This isn't an investment bank, we work long hours when it's needed, but at Prompt you own your workload and the entire organization takes a liking to smart work (over hard work).
- Positive Impact: Prompt helps outpatient rehab organizations treat more patients and deliver better care with less environmental waste. That means less surgery and less narcotic-based pain treatment, all while turning a paper-heavy industry digital. We aren't enthralled with patting ourselves on the back everyday, but it does feel good :)
As a motion designer at Prompt, you care about the details. Things like easing and organic movement are table stakes and you are constantly looking at ways you can make animation feel subtle while still obsessing over how motion can delight the viewer. You’re always considering how you can unify output and create efficiencies in the animation process. You can rebuild UI so it is manageable for your needs and don’t need to rely on someone else to provide assets for UI that already exists. You can work in After Effects blindfolded but feel comfortable navigating around timelines regardless of where they exist. You can accurately forecast the time it will take to move from concept to completion in regards to a motion project and take pride in your ability to stick to that timeline and communicate if things are out of scope or will impact that deadline. If this describes you, we look forward to speaking with you.
