Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $58.82 - 66.66 per hour

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and creative Motion Graphic Designer to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our client's products and services.

As a part of this team, you will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, and print, as well as extensive video production for various online and in-house needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up environment with an award-winning brand and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and execute a variety of motion concepts in collaboration with the creative team.
• Communicate concepts and generate ideas to the design team and internal stakeholders.
• Create impactful work and manage feedback with multiple projects.
• Apply brand identity systems, pattern libraries, typography, photography, and color to create 2D & 3D visual solutions for business needs.
• Create and edit videos, incorporating motion graphics.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of motion/art design experience at an advertising agency or an in-house agency.
• Experience concepting and creating content for websites, social, digital, apps, video, and television.
• Proficient in Motion and Editing skills (specifically After Effects, Premiere/Final Cut Pro).
• A willingness to learn and grow exponentially alongside experienced creatives.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, with vision and leadership to help facilitate.
• Impeccable presentation skills.
• Able to collaborate with leaders across the organization.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
