Responsible for infrastructure Support and projects including system design, planning, installations, configurations, upgrades and planning. Work with global team to ensure a smooth project deployment
Storage migration from 7 mode to Cluster mode using 7TT and WFA
Provide storage infrastructure system management including capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning, security management etc.
Should Manage Tier-3 support following ITIL practice and incident management
Deep knowledge on designing, planning and implementation on migration of NetApp share and ONTAP upgrade
Proven experience in complex, enterprise level NAS platform in a mission critical environment
Should Leads technical assessments of hardware, software, tools, applications, firmware, and operating systems to support business operations.
Design and implement NetApp storage systems, including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning.
Administer Fibre Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches.
Create and maintain system scripts and programs to support the operations of the storage systems.
Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues with storage systems, Fibre Channel SAN, and IP storage networking.
Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of ONTAP 7-mode and C- Mode
iSCSI/NFS/CIFS/SAN technologies
NDMP backups and recovery,
Snapmirror, SnapVault, Flexclone
Fiber Channel and iSCSI connections from Unix and Windows hosts.
Experience in Migrations from 7 Mode to C Mode
Deep Knowledge on Hitachi Storage
Deep knowledge on EMC isilon storage share migration
Good Skill of client interaction
Good knowledge on service now, ITIL
Basic Requirements
At least 8+ years of experience in NetApp, Hitachi, Isilon
