Job Title: Network Administrator (US Citizen Only)

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Implement and manage network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Perform regular network assessments and upgrades to optimize performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support and integrate network services and applications.
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding network-related issues.
- Manage network access controls and permissions for users and devices.
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and network backup processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds).
- Experience in network security practices and technologies (e.g., VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions.
- Understanding of network configuration and management tools (e.g., Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
