About Us:

We are seeking a talented Network Administrator with a strong background in Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies to join our client's team in Nashville, TN!

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex WAN infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging WAN technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on WAN technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of WAN protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN).
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Experience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.
