Key Responsibilities:
- Network Infrastructure Management:Take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. Ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
- Security Monitoring:Implement and oversee network security measures to protect the system from cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates.
- Troubleshooting & Support:Provide technical support to users in resolving network issues. Troubleshoot connectivity problems and ensure efficient network operations.
- Backup & Recovery:Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data. Test backups regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Network Documentation:Maintain accurate network documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Keep records up-to-date for future reference.
- Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years in network administration roles, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment. Demonstrated experience in managing complex network infrastructures.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
