Network Engineer - Active TS Clearance Required

Our Cyber Analytics division is seeking a Network Engineer to support one of our government customers. You will ensure mission-critical systems remain available and secure with our talented team on your side. Responsibilities: The Network Engineer will evaluate, install, configure, and maintain customer networks and provide expert advice on hardware/software upgrades and enhancements to support ongoing operations. You will assist the development of multi-server environments and monitor networks to optimize performance, availability, and data integrity. You will also create and maintain configuration documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet security, regulatory, and legal requirements. Coordination with senior management, developers, analysts, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to ensure positive working relationships and mission success. Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related discipline. Additional work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • 7+ years of technical experience designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing networks or conducting similar activities
  • 3+ years of experience with computer systems design or network engineering, including the configuration, management, and administration of virtual network components
  • Current advanced level professional certification related to Network Design/Administration and/or Computer Security, such as CISCO Certified Design Associate, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, VMWare Advanced Professional, or CISSP
  • Knowledge ofTCP/IP and common applications of network communications (DNS, HTTP, VPN, Firewalls, etc.)
  • An understanding of FISMA security requirements
  • Experience in the development of complex multi-server environments based on VMware virtual servers preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills


Clearance Requirement:  Active TS clearance is required.
