Must possess a SECRET security clearance. Please DO NOT apply if you do not possess a Secret or better clearance.
Must possess a Bachelor of computer science degree, or its equivalent.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience (See, Essential Functions” as well as this section)
Must have IAT-II certification (Networking Environments) (See DoD 8570 IAT Certification and Requirements)
Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) to adequately communicate inputs/guidance to Network Engineers, interact with the government customer and to accommodate possible interactions with senior government officials.
Customer prefers candidates who demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the communications networks and systems employed by the customer.
Preferred certifications are: CompTIA A+, Comp TIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE, Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – Routing and Switching, Cisco Certified Network Professional Level (CCNP) – Routing and Switching and VMware Certified Professional.
