Your expertise in Cisco networking technologies and hands-on experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) will be crucial in driving network security and performance for this enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect & Manage: Design, implement, and maintain a robust, multi-site enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Cisco ISE Expert: Deploy and manage Cisco ISE for secure access control, identity management, and network segmentation, optimizing network security policies.
• Secure the Network: Implement 802.1X authentication, policy-based network access control, and endpoint profiling to ensure secure network access.
• Problem Solver: Troubleshoot complex network issues across the organization’s infrastructure and ensure security compliance through regular audits.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with IT security and cross-functional teams on infrastructure, cloud, and remote access solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, focusing on Cisco technologies.
• Proven expertise with Cisco ISE (design, deployment, and management), 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, and access control policies.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and network monitoring tools.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
• Leadership: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
