Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting the organization's network infrastructure. Utilizing your expertise in network protocols, hardware, and software, you will ensure the network operates reliably and efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strengthen network security.

The role

• Plan, design, and develop local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs).
• Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, communication links.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Provide support for systems at remote office locations, as well as provide after hours on-call support and be available outside of regular working hours.
• Configure and manage network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless technologies, and server systems.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Networking is required .
• Understanding of network protocols and services, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN and Routing, as well as server operating systems.
• 5+ years of network related experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and integrating cloud network solutions.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience or certifications preferred.
