Role: Network Engineer

Location: St.paul, MN - 55117

Duration: 12 months on W2 (Possibility of contract extension)

Shift Timing: 9 am to 5 pm

Onsite Preferred, but also open to 100% remote for the right candidate.

Job Duties

  • Support Subject Matter Expert WAF (Web Application Firewall) and IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems) platform services.
  • WAF and IPF support; Tier 2 role- Platform Engineer.
  • Supporting business users on requirements.
  • Front-facing customer role in a medical device organization.

Education And Experience

  • 4 year's Degree is required for this role (computer science, networking, or related IT field)
  • 2+ years of experience required (WAF/IPS+PKI experience)
  • WAF+PKI (Public Key Infrastructure Support) experienced candidates will have a big advantage and have first
  • Experience will be a plus. This is not a role related to any of these skill sets, but having any of them will be a big plus and may be used in some places. Vivio experience will be a plus.priority over the rest of the pool; SME knowledge on PKI.JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, Solarwinds, and Devops
