4+ years related work experience or BS in Information Systems or related field.

Must exhibit a clear, friendly, professional phone manner.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.

Able to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail.

Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Mac OSX, SMB network equipment.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.

Must have reliable transportation.

Experience working at a Managed Service Provider.
