This is a Network Engineer role involves day-to-day tasks related to network infrastructure management, troubleshooting, network security, network operations and bandwidth. The position is based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for some remote work.

Role Description
This is a Network Engineer role involves day-to-day tasks related to network infrastructure management, troubleshooting, network security, network operations and bandwidth. The position is based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Designs and documents technical network systems to ensure technical design integrates with business design
- Expert on all Cisco systems and products such as Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Access Points & Servers
- Expert on WAN, MAN, LAN & Wi-Fi technology
- Skills in Network Infrastructure, Troubleshooting, and Network Security
- Experience in IT Operations and Networking
- Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Certifications in relevant IT domains (e.g., networking of Cisco products)
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Understanding of IT best practices and industry trends
