New York Office - 2025 2L Summer Associate

We are currently accepting applications from second-year law students who are strongly leaning towards either litigation or transactions for our 2025 Summer Associate Program.

Candidates should possess a record of excellent academic credentials as well as strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Candidates are encouraged to apply in accordance with their law school’s recruiting guidelines. Please submit only one application to your preferred office. The 2025 summer associate salary will be based on a pro-rata calculation of entry-level associate compensation, which is currently $225,000 .
