Persimmon is a brand new type of medical aesthetics company - providing training, business support, and everything else you need (including supplies, medical director, and malpractice/liability insurance) to get started to become a mobile, concierge Nurse Injector.As a venture-funded telehealth company bringing the very best medical aesthetics treatments (Botox & Xeomin, peels, PRP, filler) into clients’ homes through our contract nurse injector network, Persimmon's mission is empowering registered nurses with expanded career opportunities and work flexibility while offering clients incredible aesthetics results.


With over 500 active nurse injectors on our platform, we’re changing the way nurses approach work: offering a new type of care with flexibility, supported by a strong community.As the Regional Growth Manager, you will serve as a mentor and leader for providers, guiding them to effectively utilize resources to enhance their business development through client and partner acquisition.


Once a nurse is live on the platform, you will offer business development workshops, performance guidelines, community engagement opportunities, and company updates to ensure their continued success and growth.


Role and Responsibilities:


Mentoring and Provider Performance:

  • Mentor providers to enhance their performance and success.
  • Offer resources to build client and partnership acquisition.
  • Foster a strong community among providers.
  • Be organized, tech literate, self-motivated, and comfortable with aesthetic clinical sales training.


Business Training:

  • Conduct 3-4 virtual business training sessions monthly with in-training providers in your region.
  • Collaborate with the academy team to identify and support star performers.
  • Organize regional provider rosters categorized by temperament and business development needs utilizing Menti.


Business Development and Workshops:

  • Facilitate calls between providers and partners to enhance satisfaction and success rates.
  • Host 4 monthly workshops focusing on marketing strategies, nurture campaigns for affiliates, partnerships, and overall client acquisition.
  • Plan and execute tabling events, launch events, and closing lead strategies.


Provider Management:

  • Monitor provider performance and engagement.
  • Recognize your “Star Providers” and foster their growth and success while giving the opportunity for mentorship with new providers in their county.
  • Participate in calls with partners and providers to develop closing lead strategies.
  • Address underperformance issues, lack of engagement in resources, and unresponsiveness by churning.


Provider Communication and Mentorship:

  • Manage newsletters and collaborative events.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation.


Qualifications:


  • Clinical sales experience a huge plus!
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in technology and clinical sales training
  • Self-motivated and excellent at fostering community and partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
  • Experience in business development, training, aesthetics and provider management.
