Responsibilities:
- HR Partnership:
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making.
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations.
- Collaborate with Europe’s HR partners to implement and support global policies and procedures
- Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain and develop employees.
- Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Employee Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and creating succession plans.
- Support the leadership team during the review process by providing guidance on goal setting, conducting reviews, and tracking the process
- HR Administration:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Be the key go-to person for the NY office for any office-related inquiries
- Be the POC and manage the HRIS system. Keep up-to-date employee information, reporting, and software tools
- Build reports to show headcount budget, employee census, and any other HR metrics.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure compensation structures are aligned with industry standards.
- Communicate benefits programs effectively to employees.
- Policy Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to company policies across the organization.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to maintain compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work
