Nurse Director of Surgical Services

Larger well established program with additional growth ahead needing a seasoned Director to oversee all OR services. Bonus eligible up to 20%!

Leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. 14 ORs in main hospital & 3 Outpatient ORs at the Clinic. Level 1 trauma, open heart, no transplant. Joint commission will be there next year or 2025, had CMS there earlier this year.

Direct reports of 3 Managers with a team of 100+FTE's.

• Licensed RN, Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Masters a plus.
• 3+ years of Director experience in a Perioperative setting.
• Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
• Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred
