Occupational Therapist

Schedule : Part-time (20hrs, day and evening)

General Job Description

Assess residential clients with autism and other developmental disabilities occupational therapy needs, develop and document individualized OT treatment programs, provide direct treatment as approved, train residential staff in strategies for skill development in the home.

Education, Experience And Special Skills

  • Master's Degree from an AOTA - approved program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Certification by NBCOT. Must be licensed in the State of Rhode Island.
  • 1 year experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
  • Training in sensory integration therapy.
