Location : Denver, Colorado

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Organizational Change Management.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Experience with change management tools and methodologies.
  • Certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and make strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that align with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
  • Support communication efforts by designing, developing, and delivering key messages and communications related to the change initiatives.
  • Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Prepare and present reports on change management activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
