Title: Career Development Coordinator/Office Coordinator
Location: Cambridge, MA
Compensation: $60,000 based on experience

What will I do?:
Make our agents feel loved
Provide a welcoming, clean, happy, and productive environment for associates and clients
Partner with Director of Career Development in organizing outstanding education, training, and events
Create compelling marketing to attract associates to education, training, and events
Communicate education, training, and events through appropriate channels
