Office/Facilities Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office/Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and facilities. As the Office/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office space and ensuring that the facility is well-maintained. You will be the main point of contact for office-related issues and will handle tasks such as vendor management, office supplies procurement, and office equipment maintenance.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing office budgets, coordinating renovations, and ensuring that all building and safety regulations are adhered to. You will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive office environment, including planning and organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has previous experience in office and facilities management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will interact with various teams and stakeholders regarding office operations. You should also be proactive and have a proactive approach to address any issues or concerns that may arise in the office environment.

- At least 8 years of experience in office and facilities management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills (company uses Trello board to keep tasks organized)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building and safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience managing vendors and service providers
- Ability to identify and resolve office-related issues
- All HR-related activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment
- Experience in planning and organizing company events is a plus
- Responsible for company employee engagement
- Available to answer calls after hours for building emergencies
- Must be willing to work in the office daily from 8-5 p.m
- Must be willing to learn new software
- Must have the capacity to walk around the building several times a week to ensure no issues
- A task-oriented role that involves deadlines, processes, and focus
- No visible tattoos, or body piercing (tongue or nose), must have reliable transportation and, must live no more than 35 minutes from the office
- Willing to work in an office environment that is quiet
