Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative functions, and supporting staff across departments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver, and highly organized.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure office environments run smoothly.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Handle office communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries.
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and office celebrations.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including vendor negotiations and billing.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in HR and basic accounting functions.
