Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at Innovations Design Group. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day office tasks, including administrative assistance, customer service, and office administration. The role will require proficiency in using office equipment and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
- Proficiency in using office equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of design industry is a plus
- knowledge of bookkeeping and quickbooks
- Ability to generate billing
- Ability to run payroll
- Knowledge of excel
