About ABC Labs:

Reserve is a cryptocurrency project. We want money that doesn't inflate like USD, but isn't volatile like Bitcoin. We believe the global reserve currency should be an index of the world's assets: stocks, bonds, gold, real estate, and more. That's the ultimate purpose of the Reserve protocol, which lets anyone create a new currency backed 1:1 by a collection of tokenized assets.

ABC Labs contributes to the development of the Reserve protocol and helps to support and grow the Reserve ecosystem.

We are looking for an Office Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and support our growth.

This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our leadership team.

Office Management & Culture:

• Own the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the office, ensuring a well-stocked, organized, and inviting workspace
• Plan and execute engaging team events, offsites, and experiences that enhance company culture and collaboration
• Serve as the go-to person for office needs, promptly addressing employee inquiries and concerns
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for office supplies and services
  
  

Operations & Special Projects:

• Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline administrative tasks and workflows
• Spearhead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team
• Maintain meticulous records of contracts, agreements, and key company documentation
• Assist with ad hoc research, reporting, and special projects as needed to support company objectives
  
  

Executive Support:

• Manage leaders calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and time management
• Prepare concise meeting briefs and agendas, gathering critical information from various stakeholders
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an executive support or office management role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in G Suite, Slack, and other productivity tools; able to quickly learn and leverage new software
• Experience supporting stakeholders at the executive level, particularly in a high-growth startup
• Demonstrated success in creating order out of ambiguity and implementing processes from the ground up
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects
• Genuine passion for startups and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
