Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office staff, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a keen understanding of office operations.

Please note this office is located in South Austin.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an office manager in the construction industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage office budgets

Preferred Skills:

• Construction industry experience
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
• Ability to implement process improvements and office policies

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
