Our client is a reputable niche printing company with over 20 years of experience, specializes in producing high-quality labels, decals, stickers, and related products for a diverse national clientele. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to support the team and help drive the business to the next level.

Position Overview: As the Office Manager, you will be a key member of this small team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will provide essential administrative support, manage clerical tasks, and help maintain a productive work environment. Your contributions will directly impact efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Purchase office supplies and materials as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Perform general office administration duties.
  • Manage light bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable using QuickBooks.
  • Interface with their CPA for payroll processing and financial reporting.
  • Provide light customer service and assist with phone inquiries.
  • Manage purchasing activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Occasionally assist in production tasks as needed.




Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Quickbooks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
