Piper Health and Sciences is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support maintenance of all employee data within ADP Work Force Now and HRIS-Payroll system. This is a Remote opportunity.
Responsibilities For The Onboarding Specialist
Manage and support the employee onboarding process by collecting new hire documents, processing e-I9s, and ensuring smooth progression.
Accurately handle and enter diverse employee data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other employment-related information.
Provide daily support for HRIS-Payroll tasks, including setting user permissions, correcting data, and maintaining data accuracy.
Serve as a resource for management on Personnel Action Notices and handle basic queries related to employee data, such as PTO and paycheck details.
Conduct background checks and verifications for new hires, assist with system testing and upgrades, and support various administrative projects.
Technical Requirements For The Onboarding Specialist
1-2 years of experience in HRIS/Payroll or general HR roles.
Required: Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
Preferred: Experience in conducting background checks.
Advantageous: Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-sufficient, with a proactive approach.
Compensation & Benefits For The Onboarding Specialist
Compensation: $30/hr.
Contract (with strong possibility of extension or conversion to permanent role)
