What is this role?

As an Operations Associate for Cirkul, you will be responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage and shipment of product. This individual will be responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products to a variety of internal and external customers.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results: Advance and improve day-to-day business operations and processes.

Taking Ownership: Provide leadership within the Business Operations Support Team.

Making Decisions: Promote structure and procedural systems for troubleshooting problems and issues as they relate to daily operational activities.

Cultivating Relationships: Work closely with program directors and managers to establish contract timelines, ensure compliance and meet deadlines.

Instilling Trust: Collaborate and execute special projects, including developing strategies and tactics for implementation.

Customer Focus: Monitor effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements as required.

What background should you have?

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to use initiative and work independently.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• A minimum of two years experience in operations management, development and implementation of policies and procedures.
