JOB DESCRIPTION - ZACKS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Zacks is looking to hire an associate to join the operations team. This candidate will provide operational & administrative support to the back office. This includes establishing new accounts, furnishing account information, processing account level trade requests and processing deliveries and/or payments. Additionally, this candidate will perform various administrative functions including, but not limited to, answering telephone calls and other inquiries, for resolving account problems.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the new account workflow leveraging Docusign and other tools
  • Working with clients to ensure proper account opening procedures and documentation
  • Process trade requests & money movement requests
  • Interface with various departments on behalf of the team to collect information and respond to requests
  • Participating in ongoing learning and development to enhance support of clients
  • Administrative duties such as handling telephones, mailing, filing, processing forms
  • Comply with all industry rules and regulations and firm policies


Desired Skill and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred with 3-5 years in a broker/dealer, RIA Back Office
  • Must be Series 63/65 licensed or attain in first 90 days
  • Experience in brokerage or custodial technology, Docusign and Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Broker-Dealer and/or Advisory operations
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
