About the Role

The Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational functions across the business, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency in our processes. This position requires an organized individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

Customer Success:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions.

Operational Processes:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Controls and Compliance:

  • Monitor and review internal controls to ensure the integrity of business operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and compliance.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other business records.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational software is a plus.
