Operations Coordinator

Role Profile

Reporting to the Head of Operations US, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the broader US Operations Team which consists of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Asset Management. Key tasks include:

• Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding BNRGs equipment and service providers
• Managing relationships with vendors
• Building and maintaining the BNRG vendor database
• Managing effective RFP processes
• Assembling contracts, exhibits, etc and coordinating contract signing
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place prior to mobilization (E.g. Cert of Insurance)
• Working with Accounting to record downstream commitments
• Track project costs vs budget
• Managing invoices, ensuring vendors are paid on time
• Manage/maintain Operations Sharepoint files
• Striving to continuously improve Operations teams efficiency using the latest techniques and technology developments.
• Support the efficient handover of projects from the Development Teams to Operations

Key Competencies & Experience

• Experience in the renewable energy industry would be beneficial
• The ability to work with minimum supervision when interfacing with stakeholders but who isalso able to work with all members of the BNRG and external client teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly and the ability to engage with stakeholders in a professional manner
• Professionalism, the ability to understand and manage client expectations and deliver high quality service
• Robust and resilient character with the ability to operate optimally within a fast-paced, private equity- backed environment.
