A Global Entertainment Company is Looking to Hire a Production & Business Operations Coordinator for a 10 MONTH REMOTE W2 CONTRACT - APPLY TODAY!
**PREFERENCE IS FOR CANDIDATES IN EST OR WHO ARE WILLING TO WORK EST HOURS**
$$: $23-26/hr.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing support for time entry, ensuring all Company Sports Daily Hires are paid accurately and timely through the Kronos Time Tracking System.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proxy time entry in the Kronos Time System – Enterprise Kronos.
- Conduct reviews for electronically submitted timesheets in the Timesheet Tracking Tool.
- Daily correspondence with Company Crewing Specialist to validate schedules for accurate time entry.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and collaboratively with Kronos and Audit team to vet pay discrepancies and audits.
- Work with the other team members to continually develop process improvements.
- Learn and implement hiring and onboarding process for new Daily Hires.
- Learn and implement reporting protocols and payroll categories.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience working in the Kronos system (preferably on the time & expense entry side, but any Kronos experience is fine).
- Must have the ability to perform tasks under tight deadlines with attention to detail, work independently, and manage simultaneous projects.
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Windows based PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Flexibility to alter shifts/days off to accommodate projects and departmental objectives.
