Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Department Manager at Dynamic Dental Services Group, LLC located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Operations Department Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, streamline processes, and ensure operational efficiency within the department.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
Proficiency in pracfice managment software and google suite tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
