Fall Semester 2024 Internship - Operations - Part Time
The Bluebird Group is a manufacturer’s representative and consulting firm serving as an invaluable partner to some of the most innovative brands and multinational retailers. Bluebird simplifies product management for brands and manufacturers by providing a broad range of services across multiple retailers. We provide our clients with strategic support, daily management, product page development, advertising, chargeback/dispute management, analytics/reporting, supply chain expertise, and more for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy, and other retailers.
Our Operations Intern plays a vital role in managing our clients’ items across the retailers we service. Ensuring that each listing functions correctly and items remain available. They help to manage and execute projects for each of our brands to a best-in-class standard. Our interns work within our operations team & closely with client managers.

Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Problem solve and self-manage projects on major ecommerce platforms
- Communication within the team to pass on projects needs or progress
- Manage projects within a project management system
- Identify discrepancies and chargeback opportunities from raw data and effectively communicate them to clients & management
- Able to correctly troubleshoot issues on retail platforms and resolve them
- Learn the operations & capabilities on specific ecommerce platforms.
- Be informed in a wide range of retail attributes: i.e., GTIN, DOT HAZMAT…
- Identify a team process that needs improvement or development and create a semester-long goal and see it through to completion.
- Interest or experience in ecommerce or retail
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
- Skilled & proactive communicator
- Team Player, mindset of setting other people up for success
- Capable, self-learner who pursues solutions
- Great problem solver with good intuition
