Role Description

We are partnered with a global chemical and food grade ingredient manufacturer looking to hire an Operations Plant Manager to oversee all production and operations at their facility outside of Springfield, MO. This role has 2 salaried direct reports and a total of 106 indirect team members.

Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering
• 5-10 years' experience in management
• Chemical manufacturing background
• Process Safety Management
