Our fintech startup client is pioneering the future of blockchain technology and digital

transactions. Their innovative platform combines advanced blockchain data with intuitive user

experiences to drive industry transformation. We are seeking an Executive Assistant/ Operations Analyst to support their growing team. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations, who will guide and support you in your role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travelarrangements.
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive team.
  • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items as needed.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Coordinate and manage office events, including meetings, team-building activities, and client visits.
  • Provide support for onboarding new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in an executive assistant or office management role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Proactive and resourceful with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
