Compensation and Benefits:

• $107-162k DOE, with annual bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the value stream team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Oversee performance in safety, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage budget, capital plans, and staffing to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage financial performance, collaborating with sales and purchasing for forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with departments such as engineering, HR, finance, and sales to optimize strategies and product life cycle processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of operations or operational support leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, quality standards, and contemporary operational practices.
• Strong operational strategy design and implementation skills.
• Solid financial knowledge and leadership skills.
• Ability to champion change and facilitate problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills to convey vision and purpose.
