What is the role?
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence within the K-12 education space. This is an incredible opportunity to help children across the country receive life-changing care, while being part of a rapidly growing startup. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives that deliver on efficiency and growth across the business. You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Clinical teams and leadership to create scalable processes and problem-solve solutions to complex and mission-critical operational and business challenges. You will leverage data and analysis to develop recommendations and uncover key insights for the business.
What are the qualifications?
Proven track record of driving results in a dynamic environment
Multiple years of experience in managing operations in a complex space
Excellent communication and client management skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in education or healthcare is a plus
Experience working in a startup is a plus
This is an in-person role located in Chicago or NY.
